Chicken Tortillas

500 grams chicken fillets cut into strips; 1 lime juiced; 1 tub (5.3 ounce)
Sweet Chili Chunky Dip; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper;
2 tomatoes chopped; 1 small red chilli finely chopped; 6 soft flour tortillas;
1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated to serve; 1 cup corriander leaves;
Guacamole; 2 Avocadoes and 1 spring onion.


1 Place chicken in a bowl with 1 tbsp limejuice, oil, cayenne pepper and
Sweet Chili Chunky Dip and stir. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

Make guacamole by lightly mashing the avocado, adding the finely
chopped sping onion, remaining lime juice and mix to combine. Set aside.

Combine chopped tomatoes and chilli and place in a bowl. Set Aside.

Place strips of marinated chicken in a large frying pan and cook for
1-2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Remove from pan and placeevenly on 6 tortillas. Serve with guacamole,
tomato and lettuce leaves.
