Mexican Chili Red Beef


Serves 4

Preparation: 20 Minutes | Cooking: 30 Minutes


1 onion;

1/2 red capsicum;

(400g) lean minced beef;

1 can(420g) of Red Kidney beans;

1/4 Cup of water;

1/2 Cup of water;

2 tbsp olive oil;

1 tub(5.3 ounce) of Chili Red Chunky Dip



  1. Cut onion into wedges and capsicum into long strips. Add oil to frypan and cook onion and red capsicum for 2 minutes.

  2. Add 400 grams of the lean minced beef and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in 150 grams Chili Red Chunky Dip. 1/2 cup water, tomato paste and a drained; 420 grams can of red kidney beans. Covers and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
