500 grams chicken fillets cut into strips;
1 lime juiced;
1 tub (150grams) Sweet Chili Chunky Dip;
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper;
2 tomatoes chopped;
1 small red chilli finely chopped;
5 6 soft flour tortillas;
1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated to serve;
2 1 spring onion.
1 cup corriander leaves;
1 tub (170grams) Picante Fresh Avocado with Capsicum, Chives and Lime;
Place chicken in a bowl with 1 tbsp limejuice, oil, cayenne pepper and Sweet Chili Chunky Dip and stir. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
Combine chopped tomatoes, chili, finely chopped spring onion, remaining lime juice and mix to combine. Set aside.
Place strips of marinated chicken in a large frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and place evenly on 6 tortillas.
Serve with Picante Fresh Avocado with Capsicum, Chives and Lime, tomato and lettuce leaves.
